At Wynola Ranch, we want you to love your heritage-inspired pieces; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items in their original box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for your tracking records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our ranch team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
